Ingredients

  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • 1 dash Absinthe rinse

Instructions

  1. Add absinthe to a chilled coupe, swirl to coat the glass.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into the glass.
  4. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
