Clarified Jungle Bird

I LOVE this cocktail. It’s my favorite one to clarify. Why clarify? It taste awesome. It's silky in texture. Think of a milkshake NEIPA for the beer lovers compared to a west coast style IPA. It's like a fat wash but a milk fat wash instead.

Ingredients

  • Dark Rum 3 1/2 cup
  • Campari 1 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple Juice 3 cup
  • Lime Juice 1 cup
  • Simple Syrup 1 cup
  • Whole Milk 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a suitable container.

    Clarify the mixture using the milk method.

    Store in a dark cool place.
