The Champs-Élysées

Cognac cocktail with Green Chartreuse, lemon and Angostura.

Ingredients

  • Cognac 2 oz
  • Green Chartreuse 1/2 oz
  • Lemon Juice 3/4 oz
  • Simple Syrup 1/4 oz
  • Angostura 1 dash

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. 2.

    Shake until well chilled.

  3. 3.

    Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

  4. 4.

    Serve without garnish.
