Brandy Old Fashioned

A proper old-fashioned cocktail featuring St-Rémy Brandy and Calvados, perfect for cooler weather.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz St. Remy Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Calvados
  • 2 dash Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe

Instructions

  1. Combine St. Remy Brandy, Calvados, Aromatic Bitters, and Absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
