Jungle Bird

A classic tiki cocktail that balances tropical flavors with the bitterness of Campari.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Black Rum
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish as desired.
