Clarified Old Fashioned

A clarified version of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail. Perfect for festivities and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Whiskey
  • 3 oz Demerara Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Aromatic Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Orange Bitters
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Citric Acid

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container.
  2. Let sit for 4 hours minimum before filtering.
  3. Filter the mixture to clarify.
  4. Serve the clarified cocktail.
