Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye
  • 0.75 oz Benedictine
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dash Absinthe
  • 3 dash Peychauds Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine rye, Benedictine, sweet vermouth, absinthe, and Peychauds bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
